Version 2.0
A near full rewrite
- Autoupdating now handled with esamlib and installlib, updates will go up onto ESAM rather than be self hosted
- Now using cfglib for configuration
- Clean up a lot of useless code..
- rework the say_filter for cleanliness and to work with cfglib vars
- added a version variable and made it public
- added some new strings, removed some defunct ones
- auth support for auth immunity
- no manual updates now (they are pointless)
- free up dictionary space on player_disconnect (unlike before)
