#29 [Suggestion] xaauthmanage group auth add player names

At the moment, if you attempt to add a player with chars outside the standard a-z A-Z 0 - 9 range and / or with spaces in their name as a group auth admin, it will just error and not add them to a group. Maybe strip spaces etc or just come up with a unique identifier. Even their steamid should do.
