#32 [Suggestion] xarestrict team restrict

Make it so each team is allowed X amount of the weapon before it is restricted. E.g. Make it so weapon_awp is restricted to 1 per team. If you see #31 we could make the GUI look like:

  • 1. AWP
  • 2. (1) G3SG1
  • 3. (2) SG550
  • 4. (0) M3

That (1) means restricted to 1 per team and the (2) means 2 per team, nothing means it's unrestricted and 0 means completely restricted
